Sales and Customer Service

Service is at the heart of all we do. Our constant challenge to ourselves is not merely to meet but to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Delivery and Installation

We deliver and install all our furniture direct to site, without the need for a third party instillation team. We can remove for recycling any old or unwanted furniture and in every case all areas are left clean and tidy, with all packaging removed for recycling.

Bespoke Office Furniture and Specials Service

We offer in excess of 2.5 million possible items of office furniture – but we appreciate that there are still occasions where, for example, only a variation on a standard desk or an entirely bespoke conference table or reception counter will meet your needs. The dedicated “specials” department at Sven that provides a comprehensive service to design and manufacture custom items of office furniture.

Manufacturing

Bridson & Horrox are partners with Sven Christiansen because they are true manufacturers of office furniture rather than sub-assemblers. They hand select, stitch and lay their own veneers, cut and finish all their panels and have their own metalwork fabrication and upholstery facilities.

Marketing Support

We have a comprehensive range of marketing material. Separated into range brochures to help you when making the choice between admin areas and executive/Boardroom then leading on to your reception.

Office design / Space Planning

We have a skilled and experienced team who can provide high quality office plans and if required they can be made available in in both 2D and 3D.

Image Rendering Service

We have leading edge image rendering capabilities and can provide photo-realistic images of any proposed office design.
